Mindfulness Meditation & Self Care Lecture/Workshop

Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation. Acquire skills to help your brain function more efficiently. Create habits that enhance health and well-being. The class will feature tools that increase concentration, awareness, and the ability to relax. In addition, participants will experience many self-soothing practices that create inner calm. Class limited to 20 adults.  

Class Details

  • Registration: Register online beginning Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. until class is filled. 
  • Fee: $160 
    • Senior/Veteran: $80 (Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)
  • Program Schedule: 8 weekly sessions
  • Location: Levittown Hall, Hicksville

    • Thursdays, October 6 through December 15 (No class 10/13 11/10, & 11/24
