Introduction to Feng Shui
Our surroundings can have a profound effect on our mindset, emotions, behavior and overall health. During this workshop you’ll explore the essential foundations of Feng Shui and learn how to adopt this ancient healing practice into your very own space to create powerful and practical solutions for more peace, balance and harmony within your life and home. In this interactive workshop, Laura will also guide you through how to use an active Ba-gua map over your home’s floor plan.
Materials needed for class:
- Notebook, writing utensil, compass (hiking or I-Phone), and the first level of home’s floor plan
Feng Shui and Health: Exploring the Human Anatomy in Relation to the Bagua Map
During this session we’ll delve deeper into the Bagua map by exploring how correlating body parts, emotions, and chakras relate to the human anatomy within your home. We’ll also discuss how different family members could be affected by Bagua map sectors that are not in balance and how to utilize a blend of practical and transcendental Feng Shui recommendations to re-establish harmony. To conclude the evening, Laura will provide a light guided meditation.

- Senior/Veteran: $37.50 (Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)
