Hempstead Town is excited to partner with Mount Sinai South Nassau (MSSN) to bring our mobile vaccination unit (the Vaxmobile) to communities near you. To schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine, residents may either fill out and submit MSSN's contact form, call the hospital's Department of Community Education at 516-377-5333 or send an email with your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email to: VaxMobile@snch.org. The Vaxmobile now offers Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent.
