Update - Reduction in Number of Pre-Rating Review Sites
In certain instances, the State of New York's Civil Service Commission allowed for an opportunity referred to as Pre-Rating Review. This occurred on the Saturday following the date of the written test at one of 11 test centers across the State of New York.
The Town of Hempstead has received new instructions pertaining to these reviews. The State has reduced the previous number of test sites from 11 to three. According to the new regulations the sites are Albany, Buffalo, and New York City. This change will be in effect until further notice.
