Tai Chi is designed to take you on a journey of meditative movement, gently guiding you on a path of wellbeing and inner peace. The techniques of Tai Chi are hundreds of years old and they will help you gain a new awareness of your body, energy, and health. For all classes, gym attire and sneakers are required.
