New! QUILTING WORKSHOP - RIBBON EMBROIDERY

Let’s take your quilts to the next level and embellish them with ribbon embroidery.  You will learn to take your applique or traditional blocks to the next level with ribbon flowers and vines.  Imagine a basket block with pretty little flowers in it or a pumpkin with vines or a flower or two in the center of a block.  Take your quilt and give it that extra special touch that will have people noticing.  You will also learn to make a silk flower wall hanging that will bring beauty to any wall in your home.  Placing little embroidered leaves and buds and flower in your blocks will take your quilt to the next level of beauty. There will be a $10 fee for a silk ribbon kit due at the first class.  You will need a small scissor. E-mail me and I will show you some samples, Phylissgangone@yahoo.com.  You won’t need a sewing machine, just basic sewing materials such as chanel needle and thread.
